Globalism vs. Nationalism: Alex Newman’s Bold Forecast for America’s Political Future

Dave: Alex Newman, thank you for joining me today on this edition of “The Endtime Show.”
Alex: It’s an honor to be here. Thank you very much for having me.
Dave: One of the main news stories in America today is President Joe Biden. We’re coming up to the 2024 election. The 2016 and 2020 elections were both crazy. President Trump’s administration upended the Establishment and then President Joe Biden pushed us right back into the Establishment. If Joe Biden stays on the ballot, we’re going to have one former and one current president competing in the 2024 election. President Biden obviously is showing signs of cognitive decline. I’ve never seen anything like that in a presidential candidate, especially after the first debate. Normally, those guys are sharp as a tack and hitting every point. But there are many people questioning, not whether Joe Biden should remain on the campaign trail but whether he should still remain president or not. In your opinion, and I know this may be speculation, but what’s your forecast for the next few months?
Alex: Yes, I do think it’s going to get very, very turbulent over the next few months. I’ve been hearing for years from very well-informed people high up in the political hierarchy that Biden would not be the nominee in 2024. A lot of people have been speculating that Michelle Obama and maybe Gavin Newsom would be somewhere on that ticket. We’ll see. As far as I’m concerned, that debate (June 27) was a setup. None of Joe Biden’s handlers put him up on TV thinking he was going to do a great job. Everybody involved, from CNN to his political handlers to his puppet masters, knew he was going to make an utter fool of himself. They did that to him deliberately. They threw him under the bus on purpose. I think they’re getting ready to replace him. Now you have the New York Times, which it really should be looked at as a mouthpiece of the Establishment. What do the evil doers behind the scenes want Americans to believe? If you want to know that you go read the New York Times. They are now officially, through their editorial board, calling on Joe Biden to step down for the alleged good of the country. I don’t suspect he’ll make it all the way. He may even step down and be removed under the 25th Amendment to make way for the first female black president in American history. I do think it’s going to be very turbulent between now and then no matter what happens. If Trump wins, if Democrats win, it’s going to get rough.
Dave: Even if he bows out on his own or if he is removed through the 25th Amendment, no matter who gets put back into that spot, whether it’s Michelle Obama or Gavin Newsom or whoever, we’re still going to get the same thing. The Establishment is really the one running the thing behind the scenes. No matter what happens from the Democratic Party, we’re still going to get the same thing we would have gotten with Joe Biden. They’re never going to allow somebody to get in that spot who’s going to derail the train.
Alex: No question about it. For many generations that’s been true of the Republican Party as well. I know a lot of people don’t like to believe that. Unfortunately, at the highest levels the Republican Party has been captured for generations. George H.W. Bush was a really good example of that. These are people with a background in the occult, the secret societies that like to think they run the world. I think Trump kind of broke the mold a little bit in 2016 and there are obviously major efforts to either bring him under control or neutralize him. But for the most part, you know the Republican Party has also, just like the Democrat Party, been really a vehicle for totalitarians, evil doers and ultimately, as the Apostle Paul says in Ephesians 6, the powers and principalities of the rulers of the darkness of this world, spiritual wickedness in high places, that’s what we’re dealing with.
Dave: I know from a prophetic perspective in Revelation, chapters 12 and 13, the United States is going to stand against the world governing body throughout the end time. I also know that looks impossible right now but it’s coming and we will stand with Israel all the way to the end. I know, like you said for several decades, whether it was Democrats or Republicans, they pretty much pointed us in the same direction, world government and different things. However, when Donald Trump came in, he was an anomaly. In his stump speeches trying to get elected (2016), he talked against the Establishment, promoted America first and fully opposed socialism. My father-in-law (Irvin Baxter) and I looked at each other and thought, “ … hold on a second, if he does everything he says he’s going to do, this could be a complete reversal from what we’ve seen in previous presidents.” And when he got in office, he started pulling us out of the Paris Climate Accord, the Transpacific Partnership and all these different things, pulling us out of world government … truly he was America first. We considered if this might be it. America is going to make the turn; we’re going to pull out of world government. Then the 2020 election happened and Joe Biden pretty much pushed us back into all of it on day one. Scripturally, we believe there’s coming a time in the future where we will stand against the world government and protect Israel all the way to the end. Donald Trump was a complete anomaly compared to the previous presidents before him.
Alex: Yeah, and really, what happened in the year 2016 was a turning point in American history. Because up until that point, there was enough people who were gullible enough they could really manipulate not just the narrative but the American population. In 2016, that system broke down. Out of the top 100 newspapers in the country, only two endorsed Donald Trump. Every other one was against him, 92% according to an analysis by the Media Research Center. There was 92% of the network coverage that was against Donald Trump rather than pro-Donald Trump and yet Americans went out in massive numbers and completely ignored the fake media which tells you one thing: the more the media lies, the more discredited they become. That turning point has now been reached. There is nobody who is going to suddenly wake up and say, you know what, I think I’m going to trust CNN again. You know what, I think I’m going to go back to believing the fake narrative that they’re peddling. We have entered a new era in American politics where the ruling class has now officially lost the consent of the governed. They’re now depending on blatant intimidation, persecution, manipulation, trickery, lies, etc. to keep control of the American population. We know from history that’s not sustainable over the long term so we are headed into some very interesting times in American politics. It’s an exciting time to be alive. I’ve seen more and more churches growing a backbone. I’ve seen more and more families pulling their children out of the government’s indoctrination centers (schools). Despite all the chaos, despite all the turmoil, there’s a lot of good stuff happening and you’re right, you know Donald Trump was an anomaly in another way too in that he actually did what he campaigned on. He promised he was going to go after globalism and he became like a one-man wrecking ball just demolishing the architecture of globalism as best he could in four years with no support from Congress. He got us out of UNESCO; he got us out of the UNRWA. Like you said, he got us out of the Paris Agreement. Over and over and over again, taking swipes at these institutions and I suspect he’ll try to do something similar in his second term if and when he’s there.
Dave: I think the one issue that everything centers around in this upcoming election is globalism vs. nationalism. Are we going to yield up our sovereignty to a foreign entity, a United Nations, a world governing body? Or are we going to be America first and protect our borders? You know I’m against wealth redistribution. I’m for helping people but I’m against wealth redistribution, especially global wealth redistribution. I think that is what Joe Biden and the Establishment are trying to do. They’re trying to destroy America because we’re the one thing that stands between a fully functioning world governing body taking over. Again, that’s the salient issue going into the 2024 election; will we yield up our sovereignty to a world governing body or will we be America first, protect our border and stand with Israel in every way?
Alex: Yeah and you see that very clearly shaping up in the political process now. The division is increasingly becoming between globalists and anti-globalists. Donald Trump made that a centerpiece of his campaign in 2016. In fact, we just had the deputy head of the RNC platform committee on my program last week and he said look, the one big takeaway that you can take from this is that the new RNC platform is going to be decidedly anti-globalists. Just earlier today, the first draft was reported on by the media. There are some troubling things in there. They’ve softened their opposition to abortion. They’ve softened their support for traditional marriage. They’ve softened their opposition to the massive national debt but on the globalism issues, on the sovereignty issues, they’re taking a hard line, calling for mass deportations of illegal immigrants. This is becoming a defining issue and the anti-globalist coalition has united a very broad spectrum of the American electorate to include, incidentally, a lot of forces that traditionally have been associated with the Democratic Party. This is definitely shaping up to be an interesting election year and of course, it’s going to have profound implications for the country and the world.
Dave: I want to get off into some prophetic issues here and I know you’re very well versed in these. The Bible prophesies there’s going to be a world government in the end time, a federalization of nations. The Bible calls its leader the Antichrist or the beast. He will usurp authority over that world governing body in the end time. He will run that world government all the way up until the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. You can start in Daniel 7 where he mentions the modern-day nations and then you go to Revelation 13 where the nations have federalized into a world governing body. The Bible says the entire world will wonder after this beast or this world governing body. We’re watching that world government being established right now. Is there a global cabal running the world or is that a conspiracy theory?
Alex: It’s a great question and in fact I wrote a whole book on this, Dave. It’s called “The Deep State: The Invisible Government Behind the Scenes.” The whole point of the book is to answer that very question. We hear a lot of people talk about “they”; they’re doing this; they’re behind the scenes doing that. Donald Trump of course has spoken many times about the deep state. So, I wanted to answer that question – is this real? Of course, the answer is yes. Secondly, is it a threat to humanity? Absolutely, yes. Third of all, what do we do about it? And so, the first question, is this a conspiracy theory? Let’s just break that down. Conspiracy … by definition, a lot of people forget what the actual definition of conspiracy is because they’ve been so programmed by the mockingbird CIA media. They think conspiracy means something that’s fake. Actually, if you look in your dictionary, conspiracy just means two or more people working in secret for nefarious, illegal or immoral objectives. There are conspiracies all over the place. In fact, earlier today it was in the news that Boeing just pled guilty to fraud conspiracy. Conspiracy just means two or more people secretly plotting something evil, illegal, immoral, etc. By that definition you can make an argument both ways. Is this a conspiracy? Well in one sense, yes because it’s kind of hidden; they’re not really talking about it. In another sense, no, because we can see their statements; we can read their books. A lot of this stuff has been publicly admitted, what they’re trying to do. That could go either way. Is it a theory? Well, again, consult your dictionary. A theory is a possible explanation for something. This is not a theory. We’re dealing here 100% in documented facts, things that are provable, demonstrable, primary source documents, statements by the individuals themselves. So, in one sense it is a conspiracy. In no sense is it a conspiracy theory but I think, really when you go right beneath the surface and this is one of the big points I make in my book, we have to understand that this is not just a human conspiracy. The Bible is filled with records, historical records, of conspiracies. In fact, if you go to Psalm 2, David, 3,000 years ago, talked about, depending on which translation you use, the kings of the Earth, the rulers are conspiring against the Lord and His anointed ones. Some versions say that they take counsel together. It kind of means the same thing although it removes the secrecy element. We have biblical references repeatedly to this kind of process but what we really get from reading the entirety of Scripture is an understanding that this is not just humans that we’re up against. The Apostle Paul explains it most clearly in Ephesians 6; it’s a letter to the church of Ephesus. We’re dealing with powers, principalities; there are celestial beings. These are demons; these are demonic forces from the pit of Hell with an anti-God agenda. As the Bible says, it’s not flesh and blood. Yeah, Satan uses human individuals to carry out his purposes but ultimately, this is a Satanic agenda from the pit of Hell. I think if you really want to understand the most important element of all of this, you just need to understand that yes, it’s real and two, their commander-in-chief is Satan. All the rest of the details are secondary.
Dave: When you talk about Satan and principalities and powers and spiritual wickedness, some people’s eyes glaze over. If you believe the Bible, what you’re saying is absolutely true. Revelation 12:9 tells us the dragon is Satan. Revelation 13 says Satan will give the end time world government its power, its seat and its great authority. So the principal driver behind the world government, the deep state, the Establishment and the cabal, the “they” in this conversation is Satan himself; it’s principalities and it’s powers. We do have world leaders driving their agendas. However, the Bible says we don’t war against flesh and blood. At the end of the day, it’s a spiritual warfare that we’re dealing with here.
Back in the 60s, my father-in-law had a textbook with one page that said, “The United Nations – The last great humanitarian hope for mankind.” And when he got out of high school, he thought the United Nations was the answer. No more war on the Earth. The fact is, the United Nations was not created to be just this last great humanitarian hope. Obviously, it’s turned into something much more deviant than that. What is the United Nations? Is that the seat of the world government in the end time?
Alex: Absolutely! And if by some chance the U.N. ends up being replaced, a very similar institution will take its place. We saw after World War I, the first real effort in the modern era to create a one-world system was the League of Nations. The U.S. Senate very wisely decided to reject participation in that. So, they had to go back to the drawing board. They had to wait for the next world war and in the aftermath of that world war, they built what I call the United Abominations and also a lot of the other architecture of globalism – the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the European Coal and Steel Community which eventually was built out into the European Union but the plan was always from the beginning to turn the U.N. into a one-world government. And that’s not my opinion; that is again well-documented. If you look for an example at the Secretary of State at that time, John Foster Dulles, he wrote a book that was published in 1950 called “War or Peace,” and he was, of course, one of the most instrumental people in creating the U.N. He actually said in very clear terms, this is almost word for word what he wrote in his book; he said, “The United Nations represents not a final stage in the development of world order but only a primitive stage. Therefore, its primary task is to create the conditions which will make a more highly developed organization possible.” He says, “I’ve never seen any proposal made for collective security with teeth in it or for world government or world federation which could not be carried out either by the United Nations or under the U.N. Charter.”
That was the goal from the very beginning. That’s publicly in the record by the architects of this. We know the character of the one-world government that they were trying to create. All you’ve got to do is look at the key people like FDR, Joseph Stalin, the man that we sent supposedly to represent us, Alger Hiss. Of course, he was a big state department official. They made him the chairman of the conference that wrote the U.N. Charter, then they made him the first secretary-general of the United Nations and then we threw him in prison! He was prosecuted because he was a spy for Joseph Stalin. The intent was always to turn this into a diabolical totalitarian one-world government.
And to go back for a moment, Dave, to what we were talking about. You know, the Bible speaks so clearly on this and you’re right; a lot of Christians kind of roll their eyes and, oh, you know, whatever, and just focus on John 3:16. But the Bible teaches on this so clearly. In 2 Corinthians 4:3, the Apostle Paul says that Satan is the god of this world and he’s blinded the minds of them which believe not. We know that this is the nature of reality. In 1 John 5, it tells us that we are from God, as in God’s people but the whole world lies in the power of the evil one. So, when people say, oh, that’s not Satanic; oh, these people just really wanted love and peace and understanding. No, no, no, these people have been blinded by Satan. Satan is their god. They’re worshipping themselves, a tree, or their money, or some pagan deity. It is all Satanic and I don’t think a Christian can understand the world unless they understand it through this lens of Scripture.
